Role Overview

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR strategies for grassroots football (football academy, RFDL, RFYS football tournaments) and cricket initiatives (MI Junior)
- Build compelling athlete, tournament, and community stories across traditional, digital, and social media.
- Create digital-first content on the go—from video bites and reels to social-first storytelling.
- Work closely with athletes, coaches, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage media relations, influencers, press events, interviews,



and reputation management.
Core Competencies

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Media, Marketing, or a related discipline. A passion for sports and storytelling is essential.
- Passionate about sports and understands the evolving media landscape.
- Is a strong storyteller with a digital-first mindset.
- Is comfortable shooting video-first content for social platforms.
- Thrives in a energetic environment, can think strategically, and create content on the move.
- Brings creativity, initiative, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Preferred Work Experience

6–8 years of PR/Communications experience, preferably in sports.
