Purpose/Objective

The Product Manager – EPC will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and platforms that support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes within the renewable energy business.
This role involves identification of pertinent business problems, interfacing with cross-functional teams to conceptualize digital solutions, conducting market research to identify technology partners and vendors and managing the implementation of these solutions.
The Product Manager – EPC will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, IT, and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Product Strategy & Conceptualization - Identify digital transformation opportunities within EPC processes of the business - Define product vision, roadmap,



and success metrics aligned with business goals - Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best-in-class digital EPC tools Vendor Scouting & Management - Scout, evaluate, and on-board technology vendors and solution providers - Lead RFP/RFQ processes, technical evaluations, and assist Techno-Commercial (TC) team with technical inputs during commercial negotiations - Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery as per agreed SLAs Project Management & Implementation - Manage solution development process and partners to ensure effective coordination and delivery - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
