Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced VLSI Engineering Manager / Director / Practice Head with 10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design and engineering leadership. The role involves leading technical teams, managing project execution, engaging with customers, and driving the growth of the VLSI engineering practice.

Preferred candidate profile
- Lead and manage end-to-end ASIC/SoC development programs across RTL, Verification, Synthesis, STA, Physical Design, DFT, and Signoff.
- Own project delivery, quality, schedules, resources, risks, and technical escalations.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing VLSI teams, technical leads, and engineering managers.
- Define and drive engineering methodologies, best practices, automation, and productivity improvements.




- Collaborate with architecture, design, verification, physical design, CAD, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
- Engage directly with customers for technical discussions, project reviews, requirements, escalations, and delivery planning.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, effort estimation, solution development, and technical presentations.
- Identify opportunities to develop recent VLSI capabilities, reusable IP, methodologies, and engineering solutions.
- drive practice strategy, customer growth, revenue, hiring, resource planning, and organizational development.
