Key Responsibilities

• Maintain www.benkibrewingtools.com, www.total.coffee, www.scai.coffee, www.benki.coffee and any other new website the company launches

• Create and maintain stores on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Jebelz, Home Grounds, or any other marketplace the company chooses to list on in future

• Share daily orders, reports, and summaries with the concerned team

• Monitor sales figures, reporting, and trends to analyse how online activity can be improved to increase revenue

• Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPIs

• Hands-on campaign management and execution; monitor daily and weekly trends, ACOS, TACOS, profit, and spend

• Analyse ASIN-wise performance in terms of sales, CTR, conversion rate, page views etc., and perform root cause analysis for fluctuations in revenue and marketing performance

• Manage end-to-end deployment of digital media campaigns (Amazon Marketing Service, Zepto, Flipkart Ads & Blinkit Ads)

• Daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns,



reporting and analytics; weekly/monthly internal review and reporting

• Ensure complete product assortment and comprehensive product content (Hi-Res images, A+ Content, and videos)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), preferably in FMCG/D2C

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Service (AMS), and other marketplace ad platforms (Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto)

• Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics dashboards

• Working knowledge of key e-commerce metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rate

• Familiarity with website content management platforms such as Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple stores and websites simultaneously
