Role Description
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and evolving the ePort brand across all customer touchpoints. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand strategies and campaigns, overseeing brand messaging and visual identity, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing, sales, and digital channels.



The Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities, analyze market and competitor trends, and monitor brand performance using relevant metrics. The role also involves managing agency and vendor relationships, supporting product launches, and gathering customer insights to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel branding activities, including digital, social media, and offline marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with attention to detail in messaging and visual consistency.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
