Job Title: Footwear Sales Consultant

Location: Kerala, India

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager – Non-Exclusive Business

Job Purpose
Support the Regional Sales Manager – Non-Exclusive Business in driving and coordinating the complete sales life cycle for footwear closures across Kerala. The role focuses on pipeline development, deal progression, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of opportunities in the non-exclusive channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in managing the end-to-end sales cycle for footwear opportunities in Kerala (lead generation to order closure and handover).
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective accounts and existing non-exclusive partners/distributors/retailers in the region.
- Coordinate pre-sales activities including product presentations, sampling, pricing discussions, and commercial proposals under guidance of the RSM.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline; track opportunities, follow up consistently, and ensure accurate forecasting.




- Facilitate smooth deal closures by coordinating internal teams (sales support, logistics, finance, product, and merchandising) and external stakeholders.
- Support relationship management with key non-exclusive accounts; gather market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights from Kerala.
- Ensure timely documentation, order processing support, and post-closure follow-up for smooth execution.
- Participate in market visits, retailer/distributor meetings, and regional sales reviews as required.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and sales data in the prescribed CRM/reporting tools.
- Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards while representing the footwear portfolio.
