Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

The
purpose
of the Equipment Engineer optimizes equipment performance to support efficient, high-quality in Li-Ion cell production. They resolve issues, drive improvements, and minimize downtime, ensuring a reliable and adaptive manufacturing workplace.

Job Description:
- Ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment for a designated production segment, including lift assists, jigs, fixtures, trolleys, and more.
- Maximize equipment efficiency and performance to maintain high-quality output standards.




- Continuously monitor and enhance production processes to boost operational effectiveness.
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives and implement sustainable solutions to equipment-related issues.
- Tailor equipment specifications and requirements based on product needs and production demands.
- Work closely with process, control, and manufacturing engineering teams, as well as other support teams, to ensure alignment on production objectives.
- Support the manufacturing engineering team during field construction and commissioning activities.
- Oversee projects aimed at optimizing production processes and facilities.

Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in
mechanical engineering, Mechatronics
, or a related field.
- Background in a technology-driven industry that uses automated production techniques, such as packaging, filling, automotive, clean room, dry room, or chemical processing.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Equipment enginee
