Job Title – Senior Pega Constellation Developer
Technical Skills
- Solid hands-on experience to Pega Infinity/Constellation platform versions (8.x or above).
- Deep knowledge of:
- - Case Management
- Pega Data Pages & Data Modeling
- Integration Services (REST, SOAP, Connectors)
- UI/UX (Sections, Harnesses, Cosmos)
- Decisioning basics (if applicable)
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certifications
- - CSA and CSSA certifications (expected prerequisites)
- Experience
- - 5+ years of hands-on Pega development and architecture
- Experience leading large or complex Pega implementations
Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Pega Blueprint
- Pega certifications (CLSA)
- Experience with cloud platforms or microservices architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience mentoring junior developers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pega Cloud or Pega Customer Service / BPM frameworks
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
