Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR L&D; professional with 2+ years of experience to manage and coordinate employee learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Plan and manage training calendars, sessions, and logistics.




- Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors.
- Conduct onboarding and employee development programs.
- Track training participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Maintain L&D; records, reports, and dashboards.
- Support competency development, career development, and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs.

Requirements:
- - 2–5 years of experience in HR/L&D;/Training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS/training tools is an added advantage.

Job Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Fulltime

Shift Timing: 2:00pm-12:00am
