Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Travel Manager
to oversee travel operations, manage bookings, vendor coordination, and lead the travel team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic & international travel planning, visa coordination, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage
domestic & international travel operations
- Handle
flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa coordination, forex, and travel insurance
- Negotiate with vendors (airlines, hotels, transporters) for best pricing and services
- Manage
tour packages, itineraries, and customized travel plans
- Lead, train, and supervise travel executives and support staff
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgets, and timelines
- Handle escalations, customer grievances, and post-travel feedback
- Maintain MIS reports, sales tracking, and operational performance reports




- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for package promotions
- Stay updated with travel trends, visa regulations, and airline policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in the
Tours & Travel industry
- Robust knowledge of
GDS systems
(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling
group tours & corporate travel
- Knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries
- Sales-oriented mindset with operational excellence
