Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dark store operations.
- Monitor order picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with pickers, packers, store staff and delivery partners.
- Manage inventory, stock availability and replenishment.
- Check product quality, quantity and expiry dates.
- Update order and stock status in the system.
- Handle order delays, missing items and operational issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product arrangement.
- Prepare daily reports on orders, inventory and operations.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
