We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant PMO to support strategic projects and business initiatives within the Investment Management / Financial Services domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of PMO, project management, business analysis, executive presentations, data analysis and stakeholder management experience. Candidates from leading consulting firms with Financial Services or Investment Management exposure are preferred.
This is a 3- 6 month contract opportunity requiring the candidate to work 4 days per week from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across global teams.
- Drive PMO activities including project planning, tracking, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to gather business updates, requirements and key inputs.
- Analyze business data and information to identify trends, risks, insights and key areas requiring attention.
- Develop high-quality executive-level presentations, leadership decks and management reports.
- Convert complex business discussions and large datasets into transparent, concise and actionable insights.
- Prepare Steering Committee and senior management updates.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Support decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Required Skills
- Strong PMO and project management experience.
- Experience in Investment Management / Asset Management / Financial Services.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive/leadership presentations.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesis capabilities.
