About the Role
We are looking for a proactive
System Administrator
with strong experience in
Hardware, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud environments, and providing end-user technical support.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, cloud platforms, backup & recovery, and IT infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in implementing IT security measures.
- Manage backup and recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
- Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services.
- Maintain IT documentation and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
