The Opportunity
We are looking for an Automation Quality Engineering leader who thinks like a software engineer.
This is not a traditional QA management role.
You will shape how quality is engineered into mission-critical enterprise software through automation, continuous testing, engineering quality and intelligent tooling.
What Youll Do
Define automation and quality engineering strategy
Architect scalable automation frameworks
Drive API, backend, database, integration and end-to-end testing
Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD
Establish meaningful quality and risk metrics
Drive continuous testing and intelligent automation
Partner with Engineering, Product and Architecture teams
Conduct technical/code reviews
Mentor QA and automation engineers
Improve performance, resilience and scalability testing
Explore AI-enabled quality engineering approaches
