Roles and Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
- Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Develop and implement new operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report any issues or defects found during testing.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and experiment data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Solid understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
