Marketing Head – The Sindhi Circle

Location: Bhosale Nagar, Pune
Job Type: Full-time | In office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Experience: 2–4 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Head to take ownership of the marketing function at The Sindhi Circle. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, confident, creative, and capable of independently handling end-to-end marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the brand's overall marketing activities.
- Handle social media, promotions, partnerships, and outreach.
- Develop ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.




- Strong communication and fluent English.
- Confident and well-spoken personality.
- Ability to independently manage marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand building.
- Fluency in Sindhi and English is required.
- Candidates should be from the Sindhi community.

Relocation: Candidates currently outside Pune may apply only if they are willing to relocate before joining.
