Your role
You will
- Ensure that the customer changes are logged, progressed, updated/authorized and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on statistical information
Your Profile
German language level fluent (minimum C1 level).
- Solid knowledge of automotive engineering.
- Strong communication skills, structured ways of working and analytical skills.
- English will be a plus.
