We are looking for an experienced Zonal Training Manager to lead learning and capability development across the South zone.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver Product, Process & Soft Skills Training

✅ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

✅ Drive Sales, Collections & Customer Service capability building

✅ Design and implement blended learning programs

✅ Lead induction, refresher & Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives

✅ Measure training effectiveness and improve business performance

Requirements:

✔10+ years in Training & Development

✔ Mandatory experience in NBFC,



Housing Finance or Retail Lending

✔ Solid facilitation, coaching & stakeholder management skills

✔ Expertise in Home Loans, LAP, Affordable Housing & Mortgage products.
