Education: B.Arch / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time / Immediate Joiner preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interior Architect – Fresher to join our team. The candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing interior projects while gaining practical experience in residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Support the senior architect/designer in developing interior concepts and designs.
- Prepare 3D models and renders as required.
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with the site team, vendors, and contractors.
- Visit project sites to understand execution and site requirements.
- Make design modifications based on client and project requirements.
- Maintain drawings, design documents,



and project records.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of interior materials and construction.
- Valuable creativity and design sense.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in office when required.

Eligibility
- Fresh graduates with B.Arch, Interior Design, or related qualifications can apply.
- Internship/project experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a good portfolio are preferred.
