Role & responsibilities :
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for construction phases.
- Budget Management: Prepare, review, and manage budgets, including cost estimates and tracking expenses to prevent overruns.
- Site Management & Coordination: Oversee daily operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors, and coordinating resources (materials, equipment).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular progress reports.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
- Risk Management:



Identify potential delays or issues and implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a construction project manager, often requiring 7+ years in villas,club,bunglows
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
