Role Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in
New Delhi
and
Haryana Region
responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations. This role includes supervising staff, monitoring service quality, and ensuring that customers receive timely, courteous, and consistent service. The Assistant Manager helps manage scheduling,



assists with hiring and training team members, and supports inventory and food & beverage control to maintain quality and cost standards. Responsibilities also include handling customer feedback, resolving issues, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting promotional activities and sales targets. The individual collaborates closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive operational efficiency and uphold SGF’s standards for taste, quality, and guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest feedback and create a positive dining experience.
- Competence in Hiring and basic people management, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, engaging with customers, and reporting to management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operation
