Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in sourcing and closing IT professionals while managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT C2H requirements.
- Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and closures.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/CRM.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and delivery SLAs.




- Handle multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract Staffing recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill requirements.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience working with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
