Position description:
A Corporate Strategy & Development qualified to drive the company's inorganic growth agenda end-to-end, from strategy and M&A; execution through to post-acquisition integration and go-to-market. This is a high-ownership role that spans deal-making and operating: identifying and evaluating acquisition targets, running diligence and negotiation, and then owning the commercial success of acquired assets. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and GTM, and works closely with the leadership team, business-line owners, and external advisors.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Corporate Development & M&A;:*
- Build and manage the M&A; pipeline — originate, screen, and prioritise acquisition and investment targets aligned to corporate strategy
- Lead end-to-end deal execution: build investment cases and financial models, present to the internal investment committee,
and run negotiations through to term sheet and definitive documents
- Manage due diligence across financial, legal, technical, and business workstreams, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors to close within committed timelines
- Own post-merger integration planning and execution to realise deal thesis and synergy targets
*Post-Acquisition GTM & P&L;:*
- Take ownership of go-to-market strategy and commercial performance for acquired products/business lines
- Drive product-market fit, pricing, and channel strategy (direct and partnerships) to scale acquired assets from early revenue through growth
- Own or co-own the P&L; for acquired business units, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and finance to hit revenue and growth targets

- Shape go-to-market strategy for new v
