Roles & Responsibilities:
- To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ PMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society
- To carry out site visits, market study and prepare site report
- To compile and collate property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)
- To interact with Government Agencies
- To monitor impact of regulatory changes in feasibility of projects
- To facilitate and coordinate for tender submission, attend pre bid meetings and ensure regular follow ups
- To prepare financial feasibility based on the inputs available
- To prepare MIS of properties under evaluation and maintain documentation on a regular basis
- To present to senior management on projects, both ongoing and future properties
