Role & responsibilities
- Technical Supervision: Oversees advanced freeze-drying (lyophilization),Formulation, Filling, Packing visual inspection systems, and secondary temperature-controlled packaging operations.
- Global Compliance: Guarantees strict cGMP audit readiness for stringent regulatory bodies like USFDA, EMA, and WHO.
- Executive Leadership: Mentors and develops cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain while enforcing strict safety protocols.
- Operational Leadership: Leads multi-shift manufacturing teams while managing departmental OpEx/CapEx budgets and safety protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications: B Pharmacy / M Phmaracy
Requires 18 to 24+ years of sterile injectables or biologics experience
