Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to coordinate, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all stages of the campaign lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, active delivery, reporting, and post-campaign review. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, working closely with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Support Services to ensure successful service delivery, client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign management:
Coordinate and manage demand generation campaigns using first-party DEMAND AI data and tools integrated within the lead generation and technology stack.
- Performance analysis:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, recommend optimizations, and implement delivery adjustments to improve results.
- Account management:
Proactively support the Sales team with scheduled and strategic account management activities focused on client retention and revenue growth.
- Client support:




Respond promptly to client requests related to implementation, billing, reporting, and product inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of assets, instructions, tracking, and reporting requirements.
- Campaign monitoring:
Oversee campaign scheduling and delivery across multiple systems, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Report delivery:
Prepare, deliver, and upload comprehensive campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Renewals and growth:
Drive renewals and account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and building solid client relationships.
- Communication:
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on campaign status, performance metrics, and key client feedback.
