Role Summary
This role is intended to strengthen offshore MRO engineering capability by supporting digital work-instruction development,
repair-scheme definition, illustration work, and continuous improvement activities for gas turbine overhaul operations.
The Lead Engineer – Digital Shop Floor Instruction and Repair Engineering is responsible for developing and implementing digital shop-floor work instructions and engineering repair solutions for industrial gas turbine overhaul operations.
The role combines technical authoring, process knowledge capture, repair-scheme development, inspection planning, and shop-floor technical support.
The Lead Engineer will work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Purchasing and external repair suppliers to ensure that technical documentation and repair solutions are accurate, practical, controlled and suitable for implementation.
