Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a remote, contract role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with business customers using the LeadSwap AI platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, understanding their lead generation goals, and guiding them in effective use of the product to achieve measurable outcomes. The role involves conducting regular check-ins, delivering product demos, addressing customer questions,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and gather feedback. The Client Relationship Manager will monitor account health, identify opportunities for upsell or expansion, and help shape best practices for customer engagement. This position requires proactive communication, structured follow-up, and explicit reporting on client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Client relationship and account management skills, including experience supporting B2B customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business value.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven workflows, ideally in sales, marketing, or lead generation environments.
