We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce operations and sales support functions. The ideal candidate should have solid operational knowledge of Shopify, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership, while also driving sales performance and customer support efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
* Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
* Handle Shopify store operations, order processing, and workflow management.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
* Monitor RTO, NDR, and delivery performance and implement strategies to reduce losses.
* Oversee inventory management, stock planning, and replenishment.
* Work with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Sales & Customer Support Management
* Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Support teams.
* Set daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets.
* Track individual team performance and productivity.
