Roles and Responsibilities
- As part of controls team responsible for project deliverables, controls software validation, project specific software creation, FAT, SAT, HIL, commissioning support for Solar & Battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
- Support in office startup and integration of various systems to our hardware and software.
- Track overall status of controls deliverables and complete on time with quality for the assigned projects to meet goals of the control team.
- Have close interaction with project managers, various internal teams and customers to finalize engineering requirements with respect to contract scope and deliver the same to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers with confidence and clarity.
- Develop, improve, and administer customer overview and operational training material for the control system.
- Work across the Hybrid engineering and services organizations to prepare documentation for installation, commissioning,



and operations for use by internal GE employees and our customers.
- Work on design, develop and deploy the control hardware configuration for each project and design the communication network, including but not limited to DI/DO, Ethernet, FO and other industrial communication etc.
- Support problem identification and resolution of new and installed products.
- Drive performance and reliability enhancements back to the product
- Participate actively in controls design, Software code reviews, testing and software validation.
- Work on standardization of controls project execution, software validation, implementation.

Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical /electronic/instrumentation/controls engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing control software.
- Experience in GE’s MarkVIe product & tools like GE’s Toolbox ST,
