Salary: ₹15 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of the company’s distribution network across the assigned zone for automotive aftermarket products, including Batteries, UPS, and Energy Storage Systems.

The role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing channel partners to drive revenue growth, market reach, territory coverage, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Expansion

* Identify untapped and potential markets for expansion of Battery, UPS, and Energy Storage Systems aftermarket product distribution.

* Evaluate and appoint new channel partners based on infrastructure, financial stability,



and market reach.

* Drive the end-to-end channel partner appointment process, including documentation, agreement signing, and initial order placement.

* Plan and execute structured market mapping to ensure optimal territory coverage.

2. Channel Partner Onboarding & Development

* Train and handhold recent channel partners to align with the company’s sales, service, and operational standards.

* Provide marketing, branding, and visibility support to new partners to accelerate business growth.

* Ensure channel partners have adequate inventory, tools, and branding support.

3. Channel Management & Performance Monitoring

* Track channel partner performance using defined KPIs such as order frequency, sales volume, and service levels.

* Conduct periodic performance reviews and territory audits.

* Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
