Responsibilities

About the role





The Ad Operations Specialist is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for leading complex ecommerce advertising campaigns across retail media platforms. The role drives campaign excellence through deep platform expertise, data-driven optimization, quality assurance, and operational leadership while mentoring Analysts and partnering with Client Services to achieve client business objectives.

Campaign Delivery
- Own the end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance of ecommerce advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Criteo, Citrus, Walmart Connect, eBay, and other retail media platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies and optimize performance against client KPIs including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales.
- Identify growth opportunities through audience targeting, keyword optimization, bid strategies, budget pacing, and new platform capabilities.
