Handle exclusively land related cases in courts

Provide end-to-end legal support for ongoing and new litigation across various domains (Contracts, Land, Labor, Criminal, Civil, etc.) related to plants in North India and Central India, ensuring compliance with laws and facilitating seamless business operations.
Coordinate with state-level advocates to ensure the timely filing of court documents, monitor hearings, and ensure effective representation for the resolution of legal matters, while managing end-to-end statutory compliance (HR, Factories Act, Labor laws) for plant and business operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience working as an advocate in courts, with a focus on civil, commercial, or corporate litigation.
- Professional Network: Established contacts with Advocates on Record (AOR) or other advocates on record, particularly for handling matters in appellate courts.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Indian legal frameworks, including CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, and relevant commercial laws.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
