We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive sales efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve products and services.
