Job roles & responsibilities:

Responsible for whole Weld Shop Fixtures & Hemming Die Maintenance,

Tools, Jigs designing - Fixture & Hemming Die Preventive Maintenance,

Achieve Body Shell Dimension Integrity through analysis of CMM/PIST & CF Report,



Inhouse Fixture correction and in co-ordination with SQ, VQ & Planning Team

Table Top Hemming Die Maintenance. # Next Customer Issue resolution,

Implementation of Poka-Yoke on line side.

Support all lines & current projects launch for the faster FSO delivery.

Knowledge of developing & implementing P0, PP & SOP’s Quality Standards for New Projects.

Fixture Spares Management.
