Role Description
The Visual Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for shaping the visual identity of CSN™ events and marketing materials. This role involves designing event graphics, digital and print collateral, presentations, social media visuals, and branding assets aligned with the company’s creative direction. The Visual Designer will collaborate closely with event managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual designs.



Day-to-day tasks include creating layouts, refining visual concepts, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes maintaining design standards, contributing ideas to creative brainstorming, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills to create clear, engaging, and cohesive visual materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphics to develop and maintain consistent brand identities across events and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Web Design skills to support digital assets such as landing pages, event microsites, and online promotional materials.
