Role & responsibilities
- Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product gaps through research and data analysis.
- Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product discovery, MVP development, experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative improvements.
- Track product KPIs, user engagement, adoption, retention, revenue, and other business metrics.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry, customer, and technology trends.
- Translate business objectives and customer problems into scalable product solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress,



and outcomes effectively.
- Use analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building product management best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Strategy, or a related role.
- Proven experience owning products or significant product areas from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Solid understanding of Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Product Discovery, User Research, Product Analytics, Agile/Scrum, and Go-to-Market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, product analytics tools, A/B testing, experimentation, and KPI/metrics analysis is preferred.
