ScaleClinics is a US patient acquisition agency for medical clinics. We sign current clinics every week, and every one of them needs a complete backend built before a single ad runs. This role owns that build.

This is not a virtual assistant role and it is not a media buying role. It is a systems role, and it is technical.

What you would own for every new client:
- Create the GoHighLevel sub-account and deploy our snapshot
- Submit the A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration and carry it through to approval
- Populate the SMS and email automations with client specific copy
- Purchase and configure the phone number, then set up the AI voice caller (Retell)
- Configure Meta Conversions API with custom server side events
- Build the webhook integrations between each client's provider platform and our stack, so purchases and bookings report back correctly
- Run a full end to end test, a real form submission and a real booking, before that client's ads go live
- Improve the snapshot itself, so each build ships faster than the last

Why the tracking work matters here:





We operate in the health category, where Meta restricts standard pixel events. If conversions are not reported server side through the Conversions API with custom events, campaigns optimize on nothing. That single piece decides whether a client's ad budget compounds or evaporates. It is the hardest part of this job and the part we weight most heavily when we hire.

What you need to have actually done:
- GoHighLevel, hands on: workflows with branching logic, custom values, snapshots, calendars, pipelines
- A2P 10DLC registration, including at least one you carried through a rejection
- Meta Conversions API: server side events, deduplication against the browser pixel, custom conversions
- Webhook and API work connecting a CRM to an outside platform

Helpful, not required:

Retell or another AI voice platform. Healthcare or telehealth clients. Google Tag Manager server side containers. Stape or similar.
