About Polystox

Polystox is a B2B digital marketplace for polymers, connecting manufacturers, traders, and buyers to simplify polymer sourcing and trading. As we expand our international presence, we are looking for an experienced
International Import & Export skilled based in Dubai
to develop and manage our cross-border polymer trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
international import and export transactions
for polymers and petrochemical products.
- Identify and develop relationships with
international suppliers, traders, distributors, and buyers
.
- Handle the complete trade cycle —
enquiry, negotiation, order confirmation, documentation, shipment, and delivery
.
- Source competitive products and develop new international supply channels.
- Generate and manage
international sales opportunities
across key markets.
- Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, freight, and commercial terms




with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of
commercial and export/import documentation
.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, documentation, customs, or delivery.
- Monitor international polymer markets, pricing trends, freight rates, and competitor activity.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with the India-based sales, purchase, finance, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of international transactions, enquiries, quotations, and customer/supplier pipelines.

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience
in international trading, import/export, petrochemicals, polymers, plastics, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of
international trade processes and documentation
