We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Psychologist and Behavior Therapist to provide expert psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with behavioral, emotional, developmental, or mental health challenges. The role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, designing behavior intervention plans, and supporting clients in achieving positive behavioral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy and behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and other relevant approaches.
- Monitor client progress, adjust intervention strategies as needed,



and document therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a consistent approach across settings.
- Provide consultation and training to staff, families, and organizations on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and prepare progress reports.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in psychology and behavior therapy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
