We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager
with strong recruitment skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Handle joining & onboarding formalities.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment TAT.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:-
- Real Estate Experience Must.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
