About the Role

PrimoHome is looking for reliable, hardworking, and service-minded individuals to join our team as Home Care Trainee.

You will be on a trainee role for 6 months and will be confirmed as a Home Care Specialist at the end of 6 month if you successfully complete the training. Confirmation is not always guaranteed but a high possibility with a salary scale of Rs.15,000, if successful

You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and home-care services to customers while maintaining PrimoHome’s standards of professionalism, hygiene, care, and trust.

No previous professional cleaning experience is required if you are willing to learn. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain customer homes, including bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, and other areas.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning.
- Clean bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and kitchen surfaces thoroughly.
- Use cleaning products, equipment, and tools safely and correctly.




- Follow PrimoHome cleaning checklists and service standards.
- Handle customers’ homes and belongings carefully and respectfully.
- Report any damage, maintenance issue, or customer concern to the supervisor.
- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the company uniform properly.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members.
- Arrive at customer locations on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently.
