Job Summary:
We are looking for a Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in direct and indirect taxation, accounting, and finalization of books. The candidate will be responsible for e-TDS returns, income tax return filing, GST compliance, reconciliations, and year-end finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. e-TDS Return & Compliance
- Collect and verify PAN, TAN, deductee, and TDS-related details.
- Reconcile TDS deductions with books of accounts and challans.
- Verify and match challans through OLTAS/TRACES.
- Prepare, validate, and file quarterly e-TDS returns within prescribed due dates.
- Download and issue Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Identify and resolve TDS defaults, notices, and correction statements.

2. Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing
- Collect financial statements and relevant supporting documents for tax filings.
- Verify PAN, Aadhaar, AIS, TIS, and Form 26AS.
- Compute taxable income and applicable tax liabilities.
- Identify and claim eligible deductions and exemptions.
- Prepare and file applicable Income Tax Returns.
- Handle tax payments, refunds,



notices, and related queries.
- Maintain proper records of tax filings, acknowledgments, and supporting documents.

3. GST Compliance
- Reconcile sales, purchases, and GST ledgers.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records and identify ITC differences.
- Calculate GST liability and eligible Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns, as applicable.
- Generate and manage e-way bills and e-invoices wherever required.
- Handle GST notices and departmental queries.
- Perform periodic GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Finalisation of Books of Accounts
- Record, review, and verify accounting entries.
- Perform bank, cash, debtor, creditor, and statutory ledger reconciliations.
- Pass year-end adjustment entries including depreciation, provisions, accruals, and prepayments.
- Verify fixed asset and inventory
