Job Description

1.Conduct HSE induction training for current employees and contractors.

2.Develop and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.

3.Prepare training materials, presentations, videos, and practical demonstrations.

4.Assess training needs and prepare annual training calendars.

1. Conduct training on:
2. Work at Height
3. Scaffolding Safety
4. Electrical Safety
5. Lifting & Rigging
6. Permit to Work (PTW)
7. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
8. Fire & Emergency Response
9. Confined Space Entry
10. Manual Handling
11. PPE Usage

5.Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification records.





6.Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, observations, and feedback.

7.Participate in incident investigations and recommend additional training requirements.

9.Conduct site safety inspections and behavioural safety observations.

10.Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and legal requirements.

11. Support HSE audits and safety improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: B.E / M.E Any stream- Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil
- ADDITIONAL SAFETY CERTIFICATION: - ADIS/PDIS
- Relevant Experience 3+ Years as Safety Trainer

Any (Power plant is added advantage)
