Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and expand our presence in the premium imported marble and granite segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials, real estate, or the natural stone industry, along with an established network of architects, builders, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Generate new leads through market research, site visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new and existing clients.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marble/granite solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Sales Negotiation & Closing




- Present product offerings and close high-value deals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms effectively.

5. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Provide insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

7. Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Work with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Preferred experience in marble & granite, construction materials, real estate, tiles, or interiors industry.
- Solid network with architects, designers, and builders is highly desirable.
