Role Overview

We are looking for a
US IT Recruiter
with robust experience in
US staffing, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment
to support multiple technology hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels
.
- Recruit for various
US IT roles
across different technologies and skill sets.
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and initial interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process from
sourcing to submission and interview coordination
.
- Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.




- Handle multiple requirements and meet daily/weekly submission targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a
US IT Recruiter
.
- Strong experience in
US staffing and IT recruitment
.
- Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as
Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Strong understanding of
US time zones, employment types, and IT staffing practices
.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a
high-volume, target-driven environment
