1. Project Planning & Pre-Execution

· Review and approved project quotations.

· Finalize project budgeting and conduct rate analysis.

· Review Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.

· Cross-check approved drawings with the final BOQ and site conditions.

· Initiate drawing and BOQ revisions based on site requirements.

· Split drawings and BOQ into execution packages for various trades.

· Prepare project schedules and monitor milestones.

2. Project Execution & Site Coordination

· Track the progress of all ongoing projects.

· Collect daily updates from Site Engineers.

· Coordinate between Site, Design, Purchase, Accounts, Vendors, and Project Managers.

· Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.

· Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequence.

· Identify delays, risks, and execution challenges and ensure timely resolution.

3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination

· Prepare and issue enquiries to vendors.

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.

· Coordinate material procurement and vendor deliveries.





· Verify vendor bills and recommend payments.

4. Quality, Safety & Documentation

· Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and company standards.

· Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

· Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, inspection reports, checklists, and execution records.

· Ensure only the latest approved drawings are used at site.

5. Billing & Financial Coordination

· Prepare stage-wise estimation and project billing based on approved BOQ and executed quantities.

· Verify work measurements with Site Engineers and Project Managers.

· Prepare and verify final project billing.

· Maintain billing records and coordinate with the Accounts team.

· Follow up on client payments and monitor outstanding receivables.

6. Project Completion & Handover

· Prepare and submit as-built drawings.
