Our associate is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in building a high-performance, people-centric organization while strengthening and transforming its people practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning initiatives.
- Design and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Drive Learning & Development and employee capability-building initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Foster employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights through HR analytics.
