Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UAV Pilot (Fixed-Wing) to operate and manage fixed-wing drone systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual flying, a strong understanding of flight operations, and the ability to ensure safe and efficient mission execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate fixed-wing UAVs in
manual mode
for various mission requirements
2. Perform pre-flight checks, system inspections, and post-flight analysis
3. Plan and execute flight missions using Ground Control Station (GCS) software
4. Monitor UAV performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
5. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for mission planning and execution
6. Maintain flight logs, documentation, and reporting

Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues during missions

Required Qualifications:

1. B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
2. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in fixed-wing UAV flying (manual mode)
3. Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight controls, and UAV systems
4. Ability to work in field environments and adapt to dynamic conditions

Preferred (Positive to Have):

1. Experience operating
large UAV platforms
2. Familiarity with
Ground Control Stations (GCS)
and mission planning tools
3. Basic knowledge of UAV communication systems and telemetry
4. DGCA certification or relevant UAV pilot license (if applicable)
