- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase Departments for timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.
- Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work according to production requirements.
- Supervise production workers on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production activities.
